Registration

The workshop fee is 200 Euros before June 10th, 2016 (bank trasfer and paypal accepted).

After clicking the send button you will receive a confirmation email.

Click on the link given in the confirmation email to complete the registration, then go to the payment web-page.

After June 10th, 2016 (late registration) the fee is 280 Euros (cash only accepted). Payment for late registration can be made at the workshop reception desk which will be available in the Hotel Regina Margherita during the registration days on Aug 23rd and Aug 24th.

The fee includes:

Access to all workshop sessions;
Registration materials, conference guide, and giveaway items;
Coffee, snacks, lunches during the three days of the workshop (August 24-26, 2016);
Welcome Reception on Tuesday August 23rd 2016;
Transfer and visit to the Sardinia Radio Telescope (including lunch) on Thursday August 25th 2016;
All taxes and VAT;

The workshop fee does not include the dinners during the three days of the workshop (August 24-26, 2016).

A workshop dinner will be held on August 24th 2016 and will be subject to an extra cost of 40 Euros per person (cash only accepted, to be paid at the workshop).

Send an email to PAF2016@oa-cagliari.inaf.it (before July 29th 2016) if you and accompanying guests wish to join.

Accompanying Guests

Accompanying guests are welcome to join the welcome reception, the Workshop Dinner as well as the visit to the SRT site, which includes a lunch in a countryside restaurant. Total cost is 90 Euro per person. The cost for participation to the Workshop Dinner only is 40 Euro. Cash only accepted, to be paid at the workshop.


Abstract Submission

The deadline for abstract submission is June 10th, 2016. Click here to download the abstract template. Pease name your submission file as "PAF2016-abstract-YOUR NAME". Please submit your abstract by e-mail at PAF2016SOC@oa-cagliari.inaf.it. Abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Organization Committee. Notice of presentation type (oral or poster) will be sent electronically to the submitting authors by the end of June 2016.
